Help with coaching a team of 9 year olds
I am coach girls pom/cheer team
ideas to keep them going
and keep them happy
pommers- ideas for the routine and things to do/not do
I had to do the same thing last summer.
my girls all loved to play simon says with motions.
and at the end of the day we would spend 5 min playing red rover
and for your routine have alot of booty shaking stuff
something that would be really cute would be to have them blow a kiss to the audience !!!!

and shimmys
those are all really cute for little girls
but don’t make it to elaborate because it will look a bit funky…
